The Extent to which Upper-Grade Teachers in Rijal Alma' Province Possess E-Teaching Competencies and their Impact on Students' Achievement from the Teachers' Perspective

The study aimed to identify the extent to which upper-grade teachers in Rijal Alma' Governorate possess E-teaching competencies and their impact on students' achievement from the teachers' perspective. The study utilized the descriptive survey approach and was applied to a sample of 182 upper-grade teachers in Rijal Alma' Governorate. A questionnaire was applied as a data collection tool, and it consisted of two main axes: 1) the extent to which upper-grade teachers at elementary schools in Rijal Alma' Governorate possess E-teaching competencies. 2) the impact of possessing E-teaching competencies by upper-grade teachers in Rijal Alma' Governorate on students' achievement from the teachers' perspective.
The study concluded that the level of E-teaching competencies among upper-grade teachers in Rijal Alma' Governorate was high. Similarly, the impact of these competencies on students' achievement was also rated as high. The study recommended organizing training workshops focusing on enabling teachers to use electronic communication tools more effectively, such as email and interactive learning platforms, to enhance the level of interaction between teachers and students, particularly in guiding students and providing individual support.
