The aim of this study is to study the impact of Authentic Leadership (AL) and Spiritual Leadership (SL) styles on psychological well-being (PWB) in Jordanian universities, and to examine how the impact of these leadership styles fluctuates, based on the extent of the organizational ethical culture (OEC), which is the basic foundation in universities. A proposed model of the impact of authentic leadership (AL) and spiritual leadership (SL) on both psychological well-being (PWB) and organizational ethical culture (OEC) in Jordanian universities was built using the Structural Equations Model (SEM) for data analysis. The results of the study concluded that authentic leadership (AL) and spiritual leadership (SL) have a positive impact on psychological well-being (PWB) in the procedures in Jordanian universities, in addition to the positive impact of organizational ethical culture (OEC) on psychological well-being in the same universities. On the other hand, Organizational Ethical Culture (OEC) plays a positive mediating role between spiritual leadership (SL) and psychological well-being (PWB) in Jordanian universities, while this has not been demonstrated on authentic leadership (AL).
