The importance of educational quality standards for teaching performance

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the degree of importance of comprehensive quality standards for the teaching performance of teachers of Islamic education in the secondary stage, and to identify the differences in the degree of importance of standards according to the gender variable. Sana'a, and the researcher used a questionnaire prepared by him, and the results indicated that the degree of importance of the comprehensive quality standards among Islamic education teachers was very large for the total degree on the questionnaire, and also very large for all areas of the questionnaire except for the evaluation field, as the degree of importance was great, as the results showed. There are statistically significant differences in the degree of importance of total quality standards due to the variable of the type of teacher (teacher - female teacher) in favor of the female teachers.
