A questionnaire was made and applied to the study population of all male and female teachers in government middle schools in Hafr Al-Batin. Its size is (1365) male and female teachers. The study found that the degree of ethical leadership practice among intermediate school principals in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate was high, and the degree of organizational citizenship behavior among intermediate school teachers in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate was high, and that there was a strong, positive and statistically significant correlation between the degree of ethical leadership practices and the degree of organizational citizenship behavior in intermediate schools in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate from the point of view of male and female teachers. One of the most important recommendations of the study is that intermediate  school leaders in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate work at this high level to practice ethical leadership and target a very high level of support to organizational citizenship behavior among teachers, and exploit teachers’ awareness of ethical leadership practices exemplified by school principals. This positive point requires school principals to invest it to influence the work environment positively and to achieve the desired goals, in addition to investing in the high level of organizational citizenship that teachers possess, by spreading the culture of organizational citizenship to new teachers and students via holding seminars and lectures inside the school
