Proposed Mechanisms to Achieve Organizational Prosperity in Public Education Schools in Tabuk in Light of Smart Leadership Dimensions

The present study aimed at developing the mechanisms necessary for achieving organizational prosperity in public education schools in Tabuk city in light of smart leadership dimensions through revealing the degree of the availability of organizational prosperity and the degree of smart leadership practice in public education schools in Tabuk city. To achieve these goals, the study employed the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection from the study sample, which was applied to a random sample of (380) school principals and teachers at the primary, intermediary, and secondary stages in Tabuk city. The study reached many results of which the following are the most prominent: the overall score for the level of the availability of organizational prosperity dimensions in public education schools in Tabuk city was “Medium” with an average of (2.33), while the overall score for the level of smart leadership practices in public education schools in Tabuk city was “large” with an average of (2.33). The results also showed a disparity in the degree of the availability of organizational prosperity dimensions in public education schools in Tabuk city: the dimension of (creativity) came in first place, followed by the dimension of (organizational agility) in second place, then the (intellectual capital) in third place, and finally came the dimension of (sustainable competitive feature). In addition, there was a disparity in the degree of practicing smart leadership dimensions in public education schools in Tabuk: the dimension of (spiritual intelligence) came in first place, followed by (rational intelligence) in second place, and finally came (emotional intelligence). The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences among the total averages of the responses of the study sample members concerning the degree of the availability of organizational prosperity in public education schools in Tabuk city attributable to the variable of job, in addition to the presence of statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.05) in the responses of the study sample regarding the degree of smart leadership practice in public education schools in Tabuk city, owing to the variable of job in favor of the principal/vice-principal category. In light of the results reached, the study concluded with highlighting the establishment of some procedural mechanisms necessary for achieving organizational prosperity in public education schools in line with smart leadership dimensions.
