The Availability of Human Capacity Development Program Skills as per the Vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (2030) in Self-Development Skills Courses from the Perspective of Faculty Members

This study was to explore the extent to which the courses of Self-Development Skills Department in the Deanship of the First Joint Year obtain the skills of the Human Capacity Development Program from the point of view of the faculty members in the department. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the sample included 30 members of the total faculty members in the department, representing 23% of the department staff. The most prominent results were as follows: the availability of the skills of the Human Capacity Development Program in the courses of Self-Development Skills Department from the point of view of the faculty members in the Self-Development Skills Department from the study sample was "very available" with a frequency of (434), at a rate of (30.14 %); in addition to its availability with a number of (567), at a rate of (39.38 %); that is, their total was at a rate of (69.52 %), with an availability of approximately (70 %) of the total study individuals, and very unavailable with a frequency of (37), at a rate of (2.56 %); in addition to its unavailability with a number of (95), at a rate of (6.6 %); that is, their total was at a rate of (9.16 %), and not available approximately (9%) of the total study individuals.
