The Impact of Agile Leadership on Crisis Management at Saudi Universities from the Perspective of Faculty Members

The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of agile leadership at Saudi universities, to identify the degree of application of crisis management from the perspective of faculty members, and to identify the relationship between the practice of agile leadership and crisis management at Saudi universities. To achieve these goals, the descriptive correlation approach was used, in addition to the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The sample of the study consisted of (379) faculty members from Saudi universities. The results of the study concluded that the degree of approval of the study sample on the reality of the application of agile leadership at Saudi universities came with a high degree, and on the following dimensions consecutively: (confidence, humility, patience, calmness, wisdom), while it came with a medium degree of approval on the dimension of objectivity. Also, the degree of application of crisis management at Saudi universities from the perspective of faculty members was medium. Moreover, there was a positive relationship between the practice of agile leadership and crisis management at Saudi universities, and on all dimensions.
