Abstract

Although the term "Islamic thought" is widespread، it still has some ambiguity in determining its identity. When is thought and thinker Islamic? Can he disagree with himself? And when does it differ with others? What are the most prominent schools and trends in contemporary Islamic thought? Before all of that we ask: How are intellectual systems built? So that we can get to know the system of Islamic thought.

These intellectual questions represent the structure of the research that attempts to answer them، open their files، and address their problems raised with the eye of critical analytical reading، seeking to touch its roots، and dive into its intellectual depths to the extent that the research nature، which tends to be as clear as possible، bears.

Thus، the research was as follows:

an introduction:

Introduction: a statement of the beginnings of the formation of intellectual systems and how to build them. Three topics:

First: Islamic thought، a vision in founding.

Second: Islamic thought، a vision of difference.

Third: the formation of contemporary Islamic thought
