The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of the dimensions of strategic leadership at the Taiz University branch in Al-Turbah from the point of view of academic and administrative leaders. The research adopted the descriptive analytical survey method, and a questionnaire tool consisting of (47) items distributed over (7) areas, which was applied to a sample of (60) academic and administrative leaders. The research concluded that the degree of strategic leadership practice in general was low, with an overall arithmetic mean (2.23) and a standard deviation (0.45). The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample members’ responses towards practicing the dimensions of strategic leadership due to the variables of gender, nature of work, and academic qualification, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences due to the variable years of experience in all fields, except after determining the strategic direction in which statistically significant differences appeared in favor of the category (from five to less than 15 years). The research recommended strengthening the concept of strategic leadership and applying its dimensions to ensure the achievement of the goals of Al-Turbah Branch and its future aspirations of transforming the branch into an independent university.
