Abstract

The most worthy thing that researchers engage in is studying the Book of God Almighty, so I studied the subject of the jurisprudential evidence that the jurists inferred from Surat Yusuf, peace be upon him, and I aimed to clarify several issues that the jurists inferred from Surat Yusuf, such as the ruling on competition, acting on indications, the conditions for assuming public mandates, the request for princedom, the legitimacy of sponsorship and guarantee, etc. In this research, I followed the comparative approach, as I compare the opinions of the schools of doctrines. I also followed the inductive approach in tracking what the jurists inferred from the Qur’anic evidence in Surat Yusuf, peace be upon him. This has led to several results, including: the consensus on the legitimacy of competition and struggle is based on the Almighty’s saying: {ﭫﭬﭭ}  and that it is permissible to act according to indications and creating rulings on them based on the evidence of the Almighty’s saying: {ﭽﭾﭿﮀﮁﮂ}، {ﮢﮣ ﮤ ﮥ}، . It is also permissible to request for princedom for someone who is able to fulfill its right, as for those who are unable to do so, it is not permissible for them to ask for it. These are in addition to other results and recommendations stated in the conclusion.
