The current study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a program based on the use of infographic technology in developing oral expression skills among a sample of people with learning disabilities. The study sample consisted of (30) students with learning difficulties in Tabuk. Their ages ranged from (9-12) years. They were selected from the three grades (fourth, fifth and sixth) of primary school. To achieve this goal, a measure of oral expression skills and a program based on infographic technology were prepared to develop oral expression skills (thinking skills, language skills, and voice skills). The semi-experimental approach was used with two groups, the control and the experimental group. As for the results of the study, the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the pre and post measurements on the oral expression skills scale in favor of the post measurement. It also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students of the experimental and control groups in the post-measurement in favor of the experimental group. Finally, there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group students on the post scale of oral expression skills due to the academic grade (fourth, fifth and sixth). Thus, the study recommends that teachers should employ infographic technology to developing oral expression skills in all classes, because it has an impact on the development of oral expression among students with learning disabilities.
