The Consensus of Madinah People and its Disproof on the Terminologies of the Maliki School of Thought in the Difference of Marriage "An Analytical Rooting Study"

This paper focuses on the study of the consensus of Madinah people and its disproof on the vocabularies of the Maliki school of thought in the difference of marriage. It aims to explain its substantiation among scholars of the principles of Islamic jurisprudence, and its application to three terms of the Maliki school of thought in the difference of marriage.
The research provided the literal and conventional definitions of the terms mentioned in the research title, explaining the meaning of the consensus of Madinah people according to scholars and when it is considered a proof in the Sharia, then indicating the extent of its proof on these terms according to the Malikis, as well as citing the opinions of the jurists of the school when presenting them.
