Protesting the hadith sent by the fundamentalists

The research aims to show the degree of invocation of the hadith sent by the fundamentalists.
The researcher dealt with the authenticity of the transmitted hadith, the doctrines of scholars in that, their evidence, their sayings, the cause of disagreement, the type of disagreement, and its fruit.
It relied on the analytical inductive method.
The research concluded important results, the most prominent of which were:
1- The transmitted hadith includes the sender of the companion, and the sender of someone below him, but the dispute is limited to the sender of a non-companion.
2- That this disagreement arose from convincing scientific reasons, and did not arise from mere opinions and whims.
3- The participation of scholars of assets in the science of narration and the term hadith, and their contribution to enriching it, and enriching a group of other sciences, and not confining them to issues of jurisprudence.
4- The greatness of Islamic legislation, and establishing its foundations and pillars on solid foundations that do not contradict each other, and are complementary with others. Therefore, every imam from the followed imams has built his doctrine on observed principles and satisfactory controls, so you can hardly see a branch of their branches except that it has an origin back to it .
5- The perfection of Islamic Sharia, and that it does not come with anything that contradicts the fitrah and sound minds, and whoever has been successful in probing its rulings with justice and equity, according to controls and a sound instrument, it is clearly revealed to him that it is a revelation and legislation from the Wise, All-Knowing, who cuts the truth and is the best of deciders.
6- The generosity and openness of Islamic Sharia, as it did not forbid its followers to follow the path of ijtihad, and to implement thought in the matter of their religion and their worldly affairs, so it made every mujtahid rewarded for his ijtihad, on the condition that the ijtihad machine is available, and the capacity of the mujtahid is available. The lack of it did not lack the reward of diligence.
