Abstract

The research aims to clarify the legal ruling of network marketing, and to show its methods and images.

The research dealt with the individual and nickname definition of network marketing, an introductory overview of marketing and network marketing, the jurisprudential adaptation of the network marketing system, in addition to the legal ruling of network marketing.

The researcher relied on the descriptive deductive approach.

Several results were obtained, including:

1/ This marketing system can be used in a legitimate way with a slight modification in its mechanism, and according to specific controls.

2/ The number of those controls reached ten.

3 / Network marketing forms differ according to the different systems of companies that follow a marketing system for them.
