Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of teaching geography with the strategy of the pyramid of preference in achievement and development of the skills of the knowledge beyond the fourth grade students, The researchers adopted the method of experimental research with tribal and remote testing, The sample of the study was 60 students randomly selected from the study society. (40) test subjects after the tool's validity and knowledge were extracted, and the scale of knowledge skills (40), After cycling, the results were greater than the students of the experimental group who studied the strategy The superiority of the advantage of the control group students who studied in the traditional way in the tribal and remote tests of the scale of knowledge skills, as well as the superiority of the students of the experimental group who studied the strategy of the pyramid of preference to the students of the control group who studied the traditional way in the test of post-achievement and the researchers concluded that to teach according to the strategy of pyramid Preference is more effective than teaching in the traditional way in the collection of subjects of the basics of geography and its techniques. The researchers recommended the necessity of training the teachers of geography through continuing education courses, Recent teaching strategies, including the method of teaching with the strategy of ring balancing, and the researchers proposed future studies on other materials and stages of study.
