Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of contribution of training programs to the professional development of secondary school teachers in Tabuk schools from their point of view, and to reveal whether there are statistically significant differences between the estimates of the study sample members about the degree of contribution of training programs to the professional development of secondary school teachers in Tabuk schools from their viewpoint, that are attributed to the variables of educational qualifications and years of experience. The study used the descriptive survey method. The study population consisted of all secondary school teachers in Tabuk (boys) schools, and the number was (958) teachers. The study sample was randomly chosen, and the study sample amounted to (275) teachers. The study also used a questionnaire consisting of 33 items distributed to the study sample.

 The results showed that the degree of contribution of training programs to the professional development of secondary school teachers in Tabuk schools in the three areas was generally high,
