Attenuation due to Elapsing Time and it's Jurisprudential Applications

The study aims to collect a number of jurisprudential issues which the jurists said that they should be attenuated due to the fear of missing time. These issues were displayed، and the opinions of the jurisprudential schools in them were mentioned، along with stating their evidence and weighing between them through the methodology of induction and analysis.
The research required to be divided into: an introduction and four chapters.
The study reached some results، the most important of which are:
- The opinion to ease due to the fear of missing time was mentioned in the judgment of the scholars in the jurisprudential schools in the chapters of purity and prayer.
- That there is room for applying attenuation due to the lack of time on contemporary means of transportation such as planes، ships and buses.
- It is recommended to pursue other reasons for attenuation that are scattered in the jurisprudence of the scholars.
