Abstract

This research is concerned with studying the biographies of trusted female narrators (of Hadiths) and displaying the approach of Al-Hafizh Ibn Hajar Al-'Asqalani in documenting them in his book: Taqrib At-tahthib.

The research importance is highlighted by mentioning the confidences of women in one place and exhibiting the efforts of verifiers in the service of the Sunnah and describing their approaches. I adopted the inductive analytical approach in the research. Among the results of the research: presenting the scholarliness of Ibn Hajar in this issue, and that there are other trusted women who were not documented by him. I added some trusted women from outside the book of Taqrib At-tahthib.
