Purposeful Consideration in Doctrinal Research

Abstract

The research aims to draw the attention of researchers in the doctrinal field to the importance of applying purposes in doctrinal issues. Thus، this research adopts the deductive analytical critical approach، as I tried to clarify the concepts of "purposes" and "doctrine" ، as they are key terms in this research. Then، I devoted a chapter on the importance of applying purposes in the "doctrine" ، sloping to indicate the backing of these purposes by clarifying the relational framework between the purposes and the legal text، and I inferred that it is a deductive، derived، illustrative relationship. After that، I concluded by displaying the deviance of the sects of jabbers and innovators and others in dealing with the topic of purposes، before finishing with significant results، some of which are:

• That this subject needs more detailing and clarification by students of high studies، calling upon those engaged in doctrinal research to write about it.
• Contradictors may agree with us in the faculties of purposes sometimes، but they differ with us when applying some creedal applications on them، and the reason for this is basing the use of the applications on their philosophical theological origins.
• That the source and backing of doctrinal purposes is the legal text.
