This research is entitled: The Poetry of Mohammed Mahmoud Al-Zubairy, a Stylistic Study: The Poem "Pathos of a People" as a Model. It is a study dealing with the stylistic analysis of a poem of Mohammed Mahmoud Al-Zubairy, entitled (A People’s Lament). The importance of the research lies in being an attempt to reveal Al-Zubairy's style and its role in poetic discourse and to identify the poet's genius in containing the language and using its techniques to influence the recipient. The research adopted the descriptive approach based on analysis, which is an analysis of the poet’s style through his poem (A People’s Lament) that deals with the levels of language: the phonemic level, the structural level, and the semantic level, in order to achieve its goal, which is represented as: uncovering the stylistic features and phenomena included in this epitaph to show the extent to which the poet was able to express his poetic experience, and the extent of its impact on the recipient.
The research is in four chapters: in the first, it deals with theoretical concepts of stylistics and its relationship with other sciences; in the second, it deals with the phonetic level; in the third, it deals with the structural level; and in the fourth, with the semantic level.
