Abstract

The research aims to determine the rights and duties of workers according to Islamic law. Since the beginning of the nineties - the decade of globalization - the situation has reversed, as the debt crisis has arrived in many third world countries, throwing its weight on (health, education, development and services budgets), and food production in these countries has suffered and suffocated. Conflicts erupted in Africa, in Latin America and in the Middle East, especially the (Arab) ones, and this crisis occurred between people and adequate food.!

This has resulted in backwardness and stumbling in the development processes in the countries of the Arab and Islamic world in particular, and this contradicts the Qur’anic command about architecture - which is development - by saying the Almighty: And he colonized you in it [Hud: 61] meaning: He asked you to build it, and the means of reconstruction is work, and the meaning of this Development is an inevitable imposition on the individual and the group.

The research concluded with results, the most important of which are:

[3] Islam considers a righteous deed to be an acceptable jihad for the sake of God.

[4] The righteous deed, no matter how small, is with God in a great place.

[5] A person’s work with his hands is what honors him, for it is the purest earning and the matter of the prophets.

[6] God did not send a prophet except to shepherd sheep, and this is a manifestation of the honor of work.

[10] Righteous deed is one of the reasons for repelling affliction and responding to supplication, which is devotion to God and faithfulness in fulfilling the right of the worker.
