Abstract

Sports training is one of the most important forms of organized sports practice, and it is a means of physical and physical education in achieving its goals, especially those related to the development of the level in all its physical, skill and technical forms in order to achieve sports achievement at the individual and collective levels.

In recent years, theories and methods of sports training have developed rapidly. Those theories and methods that are concerned with level sports, as the good results that are achieved at the international level are a real product of the conflict of theory, method and method in the management and output of sports training operations, with a practical and studied formulation of these training processes, the basis of this formulation Organization and continuity] and its objectives achieve results.

The researcher believes that the rapid development in the ways of playing in football requires scientific and good planning of training programs, which must be characterized by integration, comprehensiveness, gradation and suitability for different age stages in order to develop the players' abilities, whether physical or skill.

The experimental method has been relied upon.

The researcher reached a number of results, the most important of which are:

1/ The exercises that use jumping with the feet, partridge and rebounding using boxes or barriers and stands, “the combination of them for the purpose of shortening the muscle after contracting it by lengthening is the basis for developing the strength of the legs.

2/ The collision training method had a positive effect and achieved a better percentage than the weight training method in developing the speed characteristic of the muscles of the legs of the soccer players.

3 / The optimal method for training the muscular capacity of the two men is the one in which the digital path of strength in the main muscle groups working during the exercise is similar to the time course of them during the performance of the same skill.
