Semantic Consolidation Study on Impact and Application
Keywords:
Semantics consolidation, Text appearance, Shari'ah harmonyAbstract
One of the characteristics of the Islamic rulings is that they are harmonic set in which the evidence and purposes of the text are compatible with the reasoning, interpretation, generalization, specification, exception, and application. This research investigates the beneficial effects of that harmony by answering some important questions: To what extent it can be inferred by the sum of the signs revealed by Ijtihad (from other evidence) or by other evidences in the context? And what is the role of semantic consolidation in preventing the contradiction of the known laws of the approach? and what is its impact on the abnormality of the fatwa?
In this context, the research aims to study the intelligent mechanism for deduction, and to contribute to summarizing the practical application of balancing methods through the theory of consolidation. One of the aspects of the importance of the study is that it discusses the role of consolidation in jurisprudential rulings; and a model for that are the issue of breastfeeding the elder, and the issue of will to the grandson who is not heir.
The research adopted the descriptive approach imposed by the necessity of quoting and displaying matters, and the analytical approach in reviewing, creating questions and identifying the best answers. It comes to conclude that the lack of semantics is a reason for the abnormality of the fatwa, and the consolidation of semantics can reinforce the correct statement. The research most prominently recommends to expand the study of the theory of consolidation for its impact on balancing and resolving disputes.
