Color Connotations in Al-Araji's Poetry

This study is on the connotations of color in the poetry of Al-Araji، Abdullah bin Omar bin Amr bin Othman bin Affan. These connotations are related to his poetic vision، his artistic composition and aesthetics.
This study in Al-Araji's poetry aims to reveal the connotations of the vocabulary of color and its implications. It follows the descriptive and analytical approach، highlighting the lexical connotations of colors in Al-Araji's poetry، the poetic connotations that the poet added in his poetry، and their relationship to the general life of the Umayyad community in the Hijaz.
