Suspicion of usury in financial transactions

Abstract

This research aims to answer a range of questions about the existence of riba suspicion in certain financial transactions, such as requiring excess benefit in the sales contract, or lease contract, increasing the defective sale by continuing or separate, and demonstrating the suspicion of riba in the use of mortgaged mortgages to otherwise included in this research. In this study, i followed the inductive approach of tracking the opinion and evidence of scientists.
