Abstract

To implement this scientific study entitled International foundations and controls for work under fair conditions. Including the right to work in international conventions and its main elements. The study addressed some special groups, such as women, young people, the elderly, people with disabilities, migrants and refugees. The study then addressed the measures, controls, and main elements that must be implemented and adhered to, and the aspects of cooperation required at the national and international levels in order to achieve fair and satisfactory working conditions. The study aimed to identify the most important elements of fair and satisfactory work and its guarantees. In order to reach scientific results, the study followed the descriptive and analytical approach in dealing with the topics and extrapolating the various legal texts.            

Perhaps the most prominent findings of the study are: “If the state fails to provide job opportunities, exposes the available job opportunities to destruction, or does not fulfill its duty to protect job opportunities from the encroachment of others, Or fails to meet the desires of individuals to provide appropriate job opportunities that they prefer and that are consistent with their qualifications, then the state has violated the right to work and has actively contributed to increasing unemployment rates in society. The most prominent recommendations are: “To ensure that work is implemented on fair and satisfactory conditions and is held accountable, this requires concerted efforts, cooperation and integrated coordination between the state and social partners and the establishment of an effective administrative and executive system”.
