This is a comparative jurisprudential research entitled: (The weightings of al-Shaykh ʻAbd Allāh ibn ʻAbd-al-Raḥmān al-Bassām in the judiciary, through the following books of his: Taysīr al-ʻAllām sharḥ ʻUmdat al-aḥkām, Tawḍīḥ al-aḥkām min Bulūgh al-marām, and Nayl al-maʼārib fī Tahdhīb sharḥ ʻUmdat al-ṭālib.
This research included: an introduction and two chapters, the first chapter contains a brief biography of Sheikh Abdullah Al-Bassam, and the second chapter contains five issues related to judiciary from the books of Sheikh Abdullah Al-Bassam, may Allah have mercy on him
Finally, the conclusion in which I mentioned the most important findings and recommendations.
