Abstract

psyche and feelings of human beings by placing emphasis on  consoling people and not breaking their hearts. This has been implemented through numerous legislations and rulings. The purpose of this study was to investigate further on this issue..

The research used inductive analytical approach to achieve its objective.

This study began with an introduction to the research terminology and the significance of consolation in Islam. This was followed by research in five different studies which showed the attention given by the Noble Qur'an and the Messenger (Peace Be Upon Him) regarding consolation. The next step was to explain its effect on prohibitions and that the issue has an impact on determining whether certain things are disliked or prohibited. The study concluded with a statement of the controls and limitations in addressing this issue and ensuring that it is given its rightful status without exaggeration or taking it lightly.

The study was finalized with a conclusion outlining the most important findings and a number of recommendations.
