The level of management communication effectiveness and its impact on institutional performance an Empirical Study: on Companies of Food industries working in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

This study aimed at identifying the level of management communication effectiveness and its impact on institutional performance in Companies of food industry working in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. To achieve the goals of the study , the researchers designed a survey questionnaire which wasthe main instrumentof the study.The sample of the study comprised of (800) employees from the reasearched companies, (650) questionnaires were distributed , (629) of the questionaires were returned and valid for analysis which constitute (80%) of the sample of the study. The data was processed using the statistical pakage for the social science (SPSS) version 16.0 for windows. The study revealed the following results: There was asignificant impact for the dimensions of management communication effectiveness on institutional performance in food industry companies. The dimensions of the management communication effectiveness explain (32%) of the variations in the institutional performance.
The study recommended that more attention shold paid by the concerned departments through increasing the elements of management communication effectiveness which will create greater influence on institutional performance. In addition, the study suggested that researchers must study the social, behavioral aspects of the management communication.
