Abstract

The importance of this research lies in that it seeks to reach the desired fruit of studying the statements of critics about the impaired and modified hadiths، which is to reach the fact that the narrator speech is within the acceptable status، or out of it and considered as one of the refused.

The problem of the research is that the hadith of 'Omrat Ramadan' was narrated from many directions. It was narrated from (14) companions and only three of them were valid. However، some considered it as one of the recurrent hadiths. The hadith was narrated from Musnad 'Om Ma'qil Al-'Asadiyah. In this direction، there was a lot of disagreement that has reached the extent of turbulence. Yet، it found scholars who correct it، although this narration is contradictory to the two correct narration books.

The most important findings of the researcher: that the direction of the two Sheikhs is the best directions in this issue; that the stories contained in this hadith was untrue except the story of 'Om Sinan Al-Ansariyah; and that the expression "Hajj for the way of God" is not true – the fact is that the hadiths in which this expression occurred are weak، disturbing and refused.
