The aim of the research is to elicit lessons and rulings from the story of the owners of Paradise through Surat Al-Qalam.
In writing this research, the researcher followed the descriptive and deductive approach.
The research dealt with the topic that affliction is with good as it is with evil, warning against miserliness and urging to give and give, and determination to do evil is bad for which the servant will be blamed, the virtue of justice, and the urge to do it, and finally the jurisprudential rulings deduced from the story of the owners of Paradise.
The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are:
- The subject of Surat Al-Qalam and its style requires that it was revealed after the emergence of the command of the Prophet, PBUH, and his pronouncement of the call to God, not as it was said that it is the second surah in the order of revelation.
- Sins and disobedience are among the causes of annihilation of blessings and the demise of blessings.
- Sensory punishments drive the slave to repentance and return to the truth.
- Zakat must be given on grain and fruits.
