Abstract

The research aims to clarify the meaning of the hadiths included in the hadith, and the direction of al-Bukhari and Muslim’s output of the listed hadiths; Although the inscribed is a bug with which the hadith is elevated, and the explanation of the approach of Bukhari and Muslim in dealing with the listed hadiths.

It has dealt with the research included in the two Sahihs, and related issues and provisions.

It relied on the analytical inductive method.

The research concluded with important results, the most important of which are:

1- That the insert is in the isnad and the text.

2- The insertion is the presence of an addition that is shown by evidence and presumptions that it is not from the text of the original hadith, and is connected to it without being distinguished or separated.

3- The listing may be from a Companion or a Follower or without them.

4- The insertion in the isnad may be by adding a narrator, or a word in the text for a narrator in the isnad that he did not hear.

5- Of the importance that we extract from the study of Al-Madraj, is the response to the suspicion that the hadiths did not criticize the text.

6- Among the reasons for listing: a strange statement, or deduction of a ruling, or a statement of a legal ruling, or a statement of the name of a narrator.

7- Most of the insertions in the two Sahihs are located at the end of the text, and it is mostly inclusions that do not affect the meaning, and it is something that the scholars tolerate.
