-Human blood shall not be sold; because Allaah forbids him and affirms his prohibition, but if there is no one who donates only mosquitoes, it is in the rule of "necessities allow taboos", the payment of the reward is permissible, and the sin is to be taken, but the one who gives the blood from food and drink can compensate for what he lost his body One of the most important recommendations was the dissemination of a culture of cooperation and altruism among the people, the importance of donating blood and the great reward for God, as well as the expansion of the establishment of blood banks, in anticipation of compelling cases of surprise, and limiting the fatwa to the official and accredited institutions in each country in order to prevent conflict and contradiction.
