Scholars are agreed thatḤadīthcan be mentioned in meaning in the context of teaching، giving formal legal opinionand argumentationand so on، such asother contexts that are not intended to narration orteachingḤadīth. Consensus has been held thattranslation of the Prophetic Ḥadīthinto a language other than Arabic is permissible، which is a type of narrating Ḥadīthin meaning.
