Abstract

The idea of ​​research revolves around the deconstructive trend in terms of its concept, definition, stages of development and criticism, and the objectives of the research are:

  1. 1. Bringing the concept of deconstruction closer to the Arab intellectual who is not specialized in legal sciences, so that he is familiar with this critical approach and how to deal with it.
  2. 2. Detect and respond to the problematic and deviant aspects of disassociation.
  3. 3. Explain the seriousness of using the deconstructive approach to literary texts in general and sacred legitimacy in particular.

The research came in a preliminary and four sections and a conclusion, as follows:

Introduction: It includes the importance of research, its objectives, and my methodology in it.

The first topic: Definition of the word "word".

The second topic: its origins.

The third topic: its origins and stages of development.

The fourth topic: criticism.

Conclusion: It contains the most important search results.

The researcher concluded the following results:

  1. 1. The mystery of deconstruction, which made it difficult to define it holistically.
  2. 2. Any method before it is procedural tools is a vision and a vision of the world, existence, history and man.
  3. 3. Dismantling is one of post-structural thinking.
  4. 4. Dismantling is based on demolition and undercutting.
  5. 5. The deconstruction was based on the rejection of Western metaphysics.
  6. 6. The danger of using the deconstructive approach to literary or philosophical texts, and even to legal texts.
