Annulment of Marriage Due to Defects Mentioned in Rawd Al-Murabba’: A Jurisprudential Study Comparative to the Personal Status Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Abstract

This research aims to show the reasons for the annulment of marriage contained in the square kindergarten compared to the personal status system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia، and the extent to which the articles of the system agree with what was stated in the kindergarten in particular، and the four schools of jurisprudence in general.

In it، she stated the reasons for the annulment of the marriage due to defects، and whether these defects are limited or not limited، and the officer explained the defect that causes the annulment.

It also mentioned the places of agreement between the jurists on these defects and the subject of dispute، and explained the effect of annulment by defect on the dowry and the wife's entitlement to it.
