The preface was about the rooting of the term corruption in the light of the Holy Qur’an. The first chapter displayed the manifestations of corruption as depicted in the verses of the Qur’an. The second chapter addressed the causes of corruption as depicted in the verses of the Holy Qur’an. The third chapter was about the Qur'anic method in treating corruption and  forbidding it. The study used the deductive approach and the inductive analytical approach, and reported a number of results, the most important of which are: that the spread of corruption in society is a dangerous harbinger, a messenger of drought, and a general divine punishment. It also mentioned that corruption has several causes that lead to its appearance in society, and it is not a single cause, even if they are all in the origin spring from weak conviction and lack of connection with God Almighty.
