The current study aimed to identify the levels of both mental health and life satisfaction among displaced students at the University of Sheba Province in Ma’rib Governorate, Yemen. It also aimed to detect the nature of the relationship between mental health and life satisfaction. To achieve these goals, the descriptive analytical and correlational approach was used. The psychological health scale by Az-Zabidi and Al-Hazzaa (1997) and the life satisfaction scale by Al-Desouqi (1998) were applied, after confirming their psychometric properties, to a sample of (257) male and female students. The study indicated an average level of mental health among displaced students and found high life satisfaction among the students. It also indicated that there are statistically significant differences in mental health and life satisfaction due to specialization in favor of those with scientific specialization, and the existence of a positive correlation between both mental health and life satisfaction. Based on the study's results, several recommendations were presented that may contribute to providing the displaced with skills that enhance their ability to confront and deal with life situations resulting from displacement.
