Title of Research: The Status of Reason According to Sunnah and Aggregation People, and its Reliability in Determining Matters of Conviction.
Research Aims:
First: Showing the status of the mind according to the people Sunnah and Aggregation.
Second: A statement that reasoning is considered as evidence and an argument in the field of conviction.
Third: Clear reasoning agrees with the correct transmission.
The most important findings and recommendations:
First: Outlining the concept of reason solves many of the methodological problems arising from it.
Second: Reasoning is not on one level, but the disparity in it is apparent, and this is a response to everyone who said that there is no disparity in reasoning.
Third: Reasoning has a limit to which it stands and cannot be crossed. Therefore, it cannot be independent in the knowledge of the legislation.
Fourth: The claim that reasoning contradicts with Shari'ah is a false claim. It is enough in its response to imagine that there will be no text left that can be recognized and reassured.
