Justice in Judgment with the Contradictor in the Light of the Holy Qur’an

Abstract

Title of Research: "Justice in judging with the Non-Muslim in the light of the Holy Quran" .

Contents of Research: Introduction، two topics، conclusion، and indexes.

First Topic: the research terms were defined and the importance of the value of justice was addressed.

Second Topic: Examples of the Holy Quran’s attitude towards justice in judging with the Non-Muslim، and it contains four requirements:

Approach of Research: The research has adopted the inductive deductive approach.

Findings of Research:

- Clarification of the greatness and importance of justice and the call of the Quran for it.

- Non-discrimination between Muslims and Non-Muslims in judging between them justly.

- Responding to Non-Muslims if they request and desire to refer to the Quran and the Sunnah.

Recommendations of Research: Calling of Islamic organizations in all countries of the world to highlight the guidances of the Quran in justice and equality in judgement and to show the justice of Islam to Non-Muslims، and Islam calls for justice in judgement even with Non-Muslims to entice non-Muslims to embrace Islam and arouse their interest in it.
