Abstract

The research aims at contributing to linking between legal policies and personal jurisprudence, in accordance with Islamic shari'ah, and gaining access to legal evidences related to the legal policy in personal jurisprudence. In addition, it aims at collecting topics that pertain to personal jurisprudence in the chapters of jurisprudence that can be linked to legal policies, so that they become closer to understanding and practical application.

The inductive and deductive method was followed, and the research yielded several results, the most important of which are:

  1. The legal policies have images, such as self-disciplining by the remembrance of God, keeping away from suspicious activities, and the faithful Qur'anic listening.
  2. The legal policy in personal jurisprudence is included in the field of medicine and medicating, talking about human rights, and caring for knowledge and learning.
  3. Legislating the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice is among Shari'ah policy.
  4. Clothes and adornments are included in the legal policies of personal jurisprudence.

5- That foods have Sharia directives, as well as legal articles in the Saudi and international systems, derived from Sharia policy, averring that they are included in personal jurisprudence.

6- Not making a vow in the beginning is a kind of legal policy in personal jurisprudence.
