Practical steps for the objective interpretation of one surah "Surat Al-Kahf" as a model

Abstract

Analytical interpretation has remained since the inception of the science of exegesis, the approach that the commentators have followed and still are. Then, in a late period of the modern era, another type of interpretation appeared, which attracted the attention of many researchers. Especially in academic studies, this color is the "objective interpretation", which has attracted many researchers with its methodology and ease of handling; Until many Islamic universities were overwhelmed with many researches that I adopted as a method for them.

This research dealt with one aspect of these aspects, which is the objective interpretation of one surah, indicating the steps that the researcher should take, and the application came to "Surat Al-Kahf".

The research aims to move from the stage of theorizing to the stage of application in the objective interpretation of a surah of the Qur’an that is repeatedly mentioned and read every Friday, and the scientific rooting of the contemporary research writing method in objective interpretation, and the disclosure of how the Qur’anic text fulfills contemporary human needs, and the guidance of the divine laws in deriving rulings From texts to solve human problems and difficulties.

In this research, the researcher combined the analytical method and the inductive method

The research concluded with several results, the most important of which are:

1- The practical approach in the objective interpretation of a single surah includes the surah itself, and includes its subject by presenting the Qur’an to it in other surahs.

2- Covering the objective interpretation with aspects of contemporary life that may not be covered by other types of interpretation.

3- To highlight the practical application of the topics of the Qur’an and their coexistence with reality in different times and places.
