The distress of the people of Andalusia in the Ottoman Empire (1477-1609 AD)

This research attempts to discuss the appeals of the people of Andalusia to the Ottoman Empire during the period (1477-1609). It clarified the turning of the people of Andalusia towards the Levant. The research addresses the beginning of the Andalusian people's appeal to the Ottoman Empire during the reign of Sultan Mohammed the conqueror, explaining the attitude of Sultan Bayezid ll from them. At the main time, it attempts to show the position of the two leaders: Baba Aroj and his brother khairuddin Barbarossa as well as that of both sultan Salim I and Suleiman the Magnificent regarding the Andalusian appeal to the Ottoman Empire.
