The Role of Hisbah in Maintaining the Fundamentals of Islam’s Aqidah

Abstract

The current research is titled (The Role of Hisbah in Maintaining the Fundamentals of Islam’s Aqidah)، since Hisbah (accountability) in Islam is not only a moral reformation or purification and guidance call، but it is a Jihad (striving) on the path to Allah (GOD)، following his commands، and abandoning his prohibitions. The researcher depended on two approaches، the descriptive analytical and the inductive; divided the research into three subjects، each includes several claims. The most important outcome of the research is: Islamic law keens on enjoining good and forbidding evil.
