Fiqh Differences in the Means of Offering Money in Competitions Agreed Upon by Scholars to Be Permissible with Compensation

This study aims to clarify the conditions of offering compensation in competitions agreed upon by scholars to be permissible with compensation Its issues were distributed into three sections, and it followed the descriptive approach; based on: induction, deduction, analysis, and comparison, and it reached results including: that the jurisprudential differences are: knowledge of the difference between two jurisprudential issues, similar in form, different in ruling, and that Muslims unanimously agreed on the permissibility of the competition in general, and the scholars agreed on the permissibility of the competition in the shoe, blade, and hoof if it is without compensation, but if it is with compensation, then there are cases in which the money is given: The first case: that the competition is with compensation from a third party, and the third party is the imam. This issue is agreed upon to be permissible, and the second case: that the competition is with compensation from a third party other than the imam, who is not participating in the race, and the correct view in this issue is that there is agreed upon its permissibility, and the third case: that the competition is with compensation from one of the competitors without the other, and the correct view in it is its permissibility, and this is the view of the majority of scholars, and the fourth case: that the competition is with compensation given by all the competitors, and there is a difference of opinion in this issue.
