This is a study entitled: “Fundamentalist Applications on Surat Al-Nour from the beginning of the Surah to the twenty-sixth verse.” It deals with the study of fundamentalist applications on the Qur’anic texts, while examining all the fundamentalist aspects and deducing them directly. The study aims at highlighting the fruit of the science of jurisprudence principles, its purpose, linking the researcher directly with the Qur'anic texts and the practical legislative reality, clarifying the relationship between the science of jurisprudence and its principles and the science of interpretation through the interpretation of the verses of Surat Al-Nour and their fundamental analysis, and the statement of the provisions learned from these verses, in addition to the obligations they contained and what it dealt with in terms of public and private issues, on which Muslims should be brought up as individuals and groups. Among the most important findings of the researcher: that none of the verses under study is devoid of a fundamentalist topic, which confirms the connection between the sciences, and the reference to analogy in more than one place in the surah, by mentioning the reasons for rulings, or the use of analogies. The researcher recommended: taking care of interpreting the legislative texts and analyzing them in an integrated fundamentalist analysis, so that this will be a reliable reference for those who want to understand and assimilate the fundamentalist rules and how to apply them.a
