Rulings on Using Precious Utensils According to the Hanbalis A Comparative Jurisprudential Study

This research deals with the issue of using precious utensils. In recent times the consumption of these utensils has increased due to social media promotion. The research explained Islamic ruling on using chaste non-precious utensils, then presented the issue of obtaining and using precious utensils. The study was keen to demonstrate the opinions of the four doctrines, and then to show the preponderant view.
The study then tried to find a number of legislative standards that control using the expensive and high-priced utensils. The main results were that the use of precious utensils is forbidden if the intention is to brag about them, or if extravagance and waste occur because of them, or if they were made in the form of complete statuaries.
The study is based on the inductive approach in reviewing the rulings and issues related to the utensils and then on the deductive approach to examines the legislative standards related to this topic.
