The jurisprudential impact of the discourse of the command in the Sunnah Applied study on the Department of Worship.

Abstract

Research to show the jurisprudential impact of the command discourse in the Prophetic Sunnah.

The matter dealt with the reality of a discourse and its formulas for the fundamentalists, the Prophetic Sunnah regarding the issue of its time in Islamic legislation, the impact, the jurisprudence of the discourse of the command in the Prophetic Sunnah, and the impact of jurisprudence of the discourse of the command in the Sunnah of the Hajj.

The researcher relied on the inductive method.

The research reached important results, the most important of which are:

1- The word command speech in the language has multiple meanings, such as growth, blessing, knowledge,

Incident, wonder, consultation, concern about something, resolve to it, and other meanings.

2- The speech of the command is the request for the act by saying as a way of superiority, and this is the order of the restriction, the wording of the command

Which is a thousand mim behind, issuing the command towards a correct version, this seems to say the most fundamentalist.

3- The letter of the command has explicit and non-explicit forms indicating it that are stripped of evidence.

4- The difference of scholars is a mercy, not the meaning of that

It should be known mostly
