The views of students at computer teacher Department at Hodeida University about Preparation Program of them to acquire the specialized competencies necessary for them

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the views of students Section computer teacher at the Faculty of Education, University of Hodeida, about the ability of Their program preparation to give them the specialized necessary competencies for them, through a questionnaire was distributed to (89) students in the fourth level in the Faculty of Education, Hodeida and Zabid.

The study showed that there is a general weakness in the ability of the program to give students / teachers enrolled in the program they need specialized computer competencies necessary for them, especially with regard to prepare them as teachers for the decisions of the computer, and what qualifies them to be able to run out into the world of IT.

 The program was unable to give the student / teacher competencies in the fields of e-learning, and web design, The impact of the college place (Hodeida - Zabid) students / teachers in all fields of the estimates, and cognitive competencies, competencies computer maintenance, operating and file management system, word processor, spreadsheet program, presentation software, and programs of the sound, and for the benefit of students studying in the College of Education, Hodeida.
