The hadiths mentioned about the qiblah of the fasting person “narration and knowledge”

Abstract

In this research, I dealt with the hadiths that discussed the kissing for the fasting person, and I divided it into an introduction, three sections and a conclusion. I mentioned in the introduction the topic of the research, its problem, questions, goals, importance, previous studies, its plan, and the methods I followed. I allocated the first section for the hadiths that stated the permissibility of the kissing for the fasting person, and I included the hadiths  reported by the Prophet, peace be upon him, indicating the permissibility of the qoblah(kiss) generally. As for the second section, it included the hadiths that prohibit kissing during fasting completely. In the third section, I included the hadiths that made distinctions between young and old men in kissing while fasting, as it is deemed permissible for the old and prohibited for the young. Then I concluded with results and recommendations. I added indices for the references and resources.
